Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
The Offload Room ("we", "us", or "our") operates a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy for all our services and products, except where expressly required by applicable law (such as in the case of defective goods under the Consumer Protection Act).
By purchasing a ticket, booking a session, or buying a product, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
2. Live Rooms and Scheduled Events
Due to the limited availability and intimate nature of our Live Offload Rooms and Retreats, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a booking has been confirmed.
- Non-Refundable: Bookings for any live event, session, or retreat are 100% non-refundable.
- Non-Transferable: Tickets cannot be transferred to future dates or other events unless explicitly arranged and approved by us in writing at least 72 hours prior to the event.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session for any reason (including medical or personal emergencies) will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Event Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel a session, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a credit towards a future date.
3. The Solo Kit (Physical Goods)
Due to the nature of the Solo Kit as a single-use, personal experience product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" once the product has been dispatched or purchased.
Defective Goods
If your Solo Kit is physically defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), we will replace any defective item at no cost to you, provided the defect is reported within 6 months of delivery.
4. Digital Products
All purchases of digital content, guides, or video access are final and non-refundable once the download or access link has been provided.
